Every item carries the fields that matter for your trade - and each industry preset ships a ready-made set: serial, IMEI and condition for phones; reference, movement and box & papers for watches; batch and expiry for food; carat and certificate for gems. Fields are typed - text, dropdown, number, date, yes/no or money - and every one is searchable and filterable across your whole catalog. Add your own anytime.

Every item carries: SKU, name, description, category, barcode, weight, custom attributes, cost / wholesale / retail price, status (available, memo_out, production, sold, void), plus quantity and reserved quantity computed from the movement ledger.

Lists add three working subtypes: Transfer (internal stock move), Audit (stock count sheet) and Quotation.

Build reusable templates with SKU, barcode, QR code, name, price and custom attributes, then print to any connected printer. Templates support A4, 40×30mm and custom sizes, portrait or landscape, with positioned fields and a default copy count.

A run moves through planned → in_progress → completed (with on_hold and cancelled available). Costing is recursive, so sub-assemblies feed their cost up into the parent item.

Credit limit and payment terms are stored and shown on documents as reference fields; they are not enforced as hard blocks on new orders. Contacts import and export via CSV.

How it posts: finalize an invoice → Dr Accounts Receivable, Cr Revenue (plus output VAT). Mark it paid → Dr Bank, Cr Accounts Receivable. Post a vendor bill → Dr Expense/Inventory, Cr Accounts Payable. Every auto-entry is idempotent and tagged with its source document.

Pre-configured tax regimes for 15 countries - Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France, United States, Canada, India and Japan - each with the correct currency, standard rates (VAT/GST/SST/PPN) and applicable withholding taxes. Input and output tax post to the right accounts automatically.

Each company has a base currency; documents can be raised in another currency with a conversion rate, and every journal entry is recorded correctly in your base currency.

Your instance keeps a secure outbound connection to the Celerp Connect Relay, which routes traffic from yourcompany.celerp.com back to your machine. Your data stays on your computer; the relay only routes the connection.

Send a finalized invoice or quotation and Celerp emails your customer a branded notification - your company name, the document number and the total - that they can reply to directly. Email sending runs through Celerp Connect; you can always mark a document as sent without it.
