Connectors
Keep Celerp in step with the platforms you already use. Two-way sync moves products, orders, contacts and accounting between Celerp and Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero and WooCommerce - and your data stays on your own machine.
Connectors require a Celerp Connect subscription ($29/mo). The desktop app and all core ERP features stay free. See pricing

🔗 How connecting works
Shopify, QuickBooks and Xero require you to sign in on a public web page to approve access - and Celerp runs on your own computer. Celerp Connect bridges that gap, handling only the one-time login:
- You click Connect in Celerp's settings.
- You're taken to the platform to log in and approve access, just like signing in anywhere else.
- The secure key that comes back is passed to your computer and stored there - not with us.
WooCommerce is even simpler: you paste in a key you generate in your own store, with no sign-in step at all.
Your business data never passes through Celerp Connect. We only help with that one-time login. After that, every sync runs directly between your computer and the platform.
🔁 What syncing is like
- Goes both ways. Your catalog, orders and contacts come in; your stock and products (Shopify/Woo) or invoices (QuickBooks/Xero) go back out.
- No duplicates. Running a sync twice never creates duplicate records - each one is matched to its counterpart on the platform.
- Won't undo your edits. A record you changed in Celerp isn't overwritten unless the platform's copy is newer.
- Automatic or on demand. Celerp syncs hourly by default; change the schedule or sync right now from Settings → Connectors, and a log records every run.
- Gentle on big catalogs. A large first sync stays within each platform's limits, showing progress as it goes.
